Turnaround Times

Orders that do not include coffee cozies ship within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted on individual product description.

If you have a trip coming up, please contact me to make arrangements for a shorter turnaround time; I will try my best to accomodate your trip dates.

Turnaround times do not include weekends, holidays, or time in transit.

Cozy orders placed on weekends will have an ADDITIONAL turnaround time of 1-2 business days.

Orders are shipped via first class mail.

Priority mail upgrade is available, and refers to time in transit; it does not expedite turnaround (processing) time.

Coffee Cozy Turnaround Times: 

Coffee cozies are made to order; current turnaround time for orders that include coffee cozies is three weeks. As stated above, this does not include weekend, holidays, or time in transit.
